GSP Capital helps companies build better, stronger, sustainable businesses

Our philosophy

As investors and operators, we work closely with entrepreneurs to drive growth and offer on-the-ground support through our network of internal and external resources. The team at GSP Capital leverages industry expertise and personal networks to support companies in any way possible. We make teams stronger by encouraging growth and mentoring, enabling effective decisions to be made on the difficult issues that all entrepreneurs and boards face.

We are passionate about giving back. We have a responsibility to the world around us and our values-based investing approach is reflected in the causes which GSP Capital supports.

How we invest

VC Investments

Our VC investments are centred around opportunities in Seed and Series A rounds. The vision and maturity of the management team and its level of disruption ultimately governs our investment decisions. We are geographically focused on the US and Europe.

Private Equity

Our private equity deals allow us the opportunity to leverage our operational experience and knowledge in business transformation to help founders realize the vision they’ve had for their business and guide companies in reaching their true potential.

Merchant Banking

Our merchant banking (MB) deals are focused on assisting small-scale companies with international financing and underwriting and navigating legal and regulatory issues within the sector.

Real Estate

As investors, commercial and residential real estate investments are geared towards generating consistent cash flow via rental income or operating profits. Additionally, due to a rigorous and careful selection process to identify high opportunity investments, real estate appreciation (both organic and forced) adds to returns over the course of the venture as well as during the time of sale.

What we bring to the table as investors

We are founder-friendly progressive investors with a clearly defined investment strategy. GSP Capital’s streamlined governance and collaborative management style meets the needs of our portfolio companies beyond only financial support. Our team gladly offers any advice, strategic planning, or other forms of assistance we can provide in order for our companies to succeed.
